1. Eligibility

2. Membership Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create a free account by providing accurate contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. SMS Communications

By opting in to receive text messages from Save Guy, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated messages, including promotional and transactional communications, at the mobile number you provide. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of using our Service.

• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week.
• Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message, and you will no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again as you did initially.
• Help: Reply HELP at any time for assistance, or contact us at info@saveguy.com.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: violating any applicable law; interfering with or disrupting the Service; attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems; using automated means to scrape content; impersonating another person; or transmitting harmful, misleading, or unlawful content.

5. Offers and Third-Party Merchants

Save Guy features deals and offers from third-party merchants. Availability, pricing, terms, and redemption of any offer are set and controlled by the merchant. Save Guy is not the seller of the merchant's products or services and is not responsible for the merchant's fulfillment, quality, or conduct. Any dispute regarding an offer should be directed to the merchant.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Save Guy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Save Guy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
